Ingredients: -
1/2 cup gluten-free rolled oats -
1/4 cup milk (dairy milk or plant-based milk) -
1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup -
1/2 teaspoon baking powder -
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract - Pinch of salt -
Cooking oil for greasing
Instructions:
1. In a blender or food processor, grind the rolled oats until they reach a flour-like consistency. Alternatively, you can use pre-made oat flour.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine the oat flour, milk, honey or maple syrup, baking powder, vanilla extract, and salt. Stir well until all the ingredients are thoroughly combined and you have a smooth batter.
