Ingredients:

- 1/4 cup almond flour

- 1 tablespoon cornstarch

- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder

- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar

- 1/4 cup water

- Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions:

1. In a mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, cornstarch, baking powder, and granulated sugar. Mix well to combine the dry ingredients.

2. Gradually add water to the dry mixture and stir until you have a smooth batter. The batter should be thick enough to hold its shape but still easy to pipe.

3. Pour the batter into a piping bag fitted with a star-shaped nozzle. If you don't have a piping bag, you can use a plastic food storage bag and cut a small hole in one corner.

4. Heat vegetable oil in a small saucepan or deep frying pan over medium heat. Make sure there is enough oil to fully submerge the churros.

5. Pipe the batter directly into the hot oil, forming 3-4 inch long churros. You can cut them with scissors or a knife.

6. Fry the churros for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown. Use tongs or a slotted spoon to carefully flip them halfway through cooking.

7. Once the churros are cooked, remove them from the oil and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to absorb excess oil.

8. In a separate small bowl, you can either sprinkle some granulated sugar on the churros or dip them in a sauce of your choice.

9. Serve the churros immediately while they're still warm and enjoy!

These churros may have a slightly different flavor without the cinnamon, but they should still be tasty. Enjoy your egg and flour-free almond flour churros without cinnamon!

Here's a hotcake recipe that is suitable for individuals with allergies to eggs, flour, and without the use of banana or fruits. It's a gluten-free, egg-free, flour-free, and fruit-free recipe that yields approximately one serving:

 Ingredients: -

1/2 cup gluten-free rolled oats -

1/4 cup milk (dairy milk or plant-based milk) -

1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup -

1/2 teaspoon baking powder -

1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract - Pinch of salt -

Cooking oil for greasing

 Instructions:

1. In a blender or food processor, grind the rolled oats until they reach a flour-like consistency. Alternatively, you can use pre-made oat flour.

2. In a mixing bowl, combine the oat flour, milk, honey or maple syrup, baking powder, vanilla extract, and salt. Stir well until all the ingredients are thoroughly combined and you have a smooth batter.

3. Let the batter sit for about 5 minutes to allow the oat flour to absorb the moisture and thicken the batter.

4. Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat. Lightly grease the surface with cooking oil.

 5. Pour the batter onto the skillet to form small hotcakes. You can use about 2 tablespoons of batter for each hotcake.

 6. Cook the hotcakes for 2-3 minutes on one side, or until small bubbles start to form on the surface.

 7. Flip the hotcakes and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes on the other side, or until they are golden brown and cooked through.

 8. Remove the hotcakes from the skillet and repeat the process with the remaining batter.

 9. Serve the hotcakes warm. You can enjoy them as is, or add your preferred toppings such as dairy-free butter, honey, or maple syrup.

Note: Since this recipe does not use traditional flour or eggs, the texture and taste of the hotcakes may be slightly different from traditional pancakes. However, they should still be enjoyable and suitable for individuals with allergies to eggs and flour. Enjoy your homemade egg-free, gluten-free, and flour-free hotcakes!
